- Part of Global Engineering Team-Power Transformers responsible for design & review of Transformers.- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers to design and review power transformer designs, ensuring they meet stringent quality, safety, and performance standards.- Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to optimize transformer design and performance.- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to power transformers.- Contribute to the development of new design patterns and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

● Cost effective designing of Power transformers up to and including 140MVA, 220kV Class especially for EU & ME Market.● Verification of SC Forces, Impedances, Losses of transformer as per customer requirement and within limits as per IEC standards● Review of Tender documents/RFQ on receipt to ensure its completeness.● Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.● Evaluate bids technically and prepare estimates of all costings for materials and accessories of Power transformer● Proactively communicating with Vendors/ Suppliers in Europe for Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations.● Fill up technical specification sheet of tender document, estimation of engineering, production, and testing hours.

●Designing of Off Circuit & On Load Tap Change Transformers up to & including 33KV Class, up to & including 6 MVA, 33 KV Class as per IS-2026 & IS-1180.●Designing of Transformers for Various applications such as Solar, Generator, Inverter, Converter duty, etc up to 6 MVA along with special transformers with Dual Primary Voltage, Dual Secondary with Different Voltage class, Isolation & Earthing transformers,etc●Preparing Winding Data & assembly drawing for transformer as per standards●Actively involved in BIS Certification procedure of M/s.Voltamp Transformers Ltd. As per govt norms with reference to IS-1180 (Part-1)●Assisting the Sales & Marketing teams to solve the customer queries●Preparing the Bill of Materials (BOM) required for production, Selection of Fittings & Accessories and assisting in procuring the materials as per customer requirements●Checking of initial GA drawings of the transformers & RTCC panels according to the standardization and as per customer requirements●Successfully trained 3 subordinates (Graduate Trainee's) for Electrical design of oil filled distribution transformers●Supported team of mechanical draftsmen & provided industrial training to several final year engineering students on Transformers.
