I’m currently navigating my way through the fascinating world of software engineering and machine learning as I pursue my Master of Engineering at Virginia Tech. My journey has taken some exciting turns, notably my time at Proctor360 where I recently integrated YOLOv10 into our system. This project not only replaced AWS Rekognition but also led to a staggering 99% cost reduction while enhancing detection accuracy by 40%. It’s thrilling to see how technology can streamline processes and drive efficiency.Before joining Proctor360, I had the opportunity to work as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Tiger Analytics. During my time there, I focused on developing solutions that bridged the gap between complex data and actionable insights. This hands-on experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications—something I find incredibly rewarding.My background also includes research as a Deep Learning Researcher at Deterministic Algorithms Lab. One of my proudest moments was working on neural machine translation for various Indic languages.
