The Key Point Indicators (KPI’s) of the project included: real-time delivery of company messages in multiple languages: targeting content by user role, region, and self-selection; improving online business processes; and increasing usage of team and social platforms.• Senior Business Leaders: Partnered with executive management throughout this company-wide initiative (19K employees). After establishing of a steering committee, I led the team that built and set the direction for RFP, budget ($600K), resource utilization, phasing and timelines, project risks, and expectation. Measure: Approved project budget and buy-in for this key initiative. • Management of Multi-Discipline Teams: 3 Internal teams and 4 distinct vendors (Brightstarr, Digitas, FutureBrand, Jack Morton Inc.). Each vendor was responsible for unique deliverables (web development, brand, design, content delivery). These vendor efforts, integrated with the internal teams (Finance, HRIT, IT, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Content Publishers), allowed for the development of a world-class Intranet.Measure: Conducted consistent communications and steered multi-discipline teams toward a common goal.• Project Management: Responsible for all aspects of managing the implementation of the global Intranet: including business requirements, vendor assessment and selection, solutions, project phases, governance, RFP, CIP and budget management.
