After establishing of a steering committee, I led the team that built and set the direction for RFP, budget ($600K), resource utilization, phasing and timelines, project risks, and expectation. Measure: Approved project budget and buy-in for this key initiative. • Management of Multi-Discipline Teams: 3 Internal teams and 4 distinct vendors (Brightstarr, Digitas, FutureBrand, Jack Morton Inc.). Each vendor was responsible for unique deliverables (web development, brand, design, content delivery).
