I was appointed as an Trainee Quality engineer and started with analysing the problems accruing in a plant for the poor production in some parts and then started to solve like those problems under the guidance and quality assurance the done through me.Then I started to work as an production supervisor uder the guidance and learnt how the production works from RM to finish goods and also I am now training in planning department and learning how to manage the raw materials, man power and machine.
