During my university studies, I worked as a freelance software engineer for the company Dikman Systems. There I developed a wide range of software solutions for a variety of real-world problems - from small tools like parsers and drivers, to complex management software for both Windows and Android.I liked the atmosphere and the variety of work in the company. My colleagues were passionate experts in their respective fields and the deadlines were forgiving - a perfect fit for a university student!

As an intern in the GFK office in London, I was assigned to help one of their project management teams in their day-to-day tasks. My responsibilities were mainly creating and managing spreadsheets, as well as data checking in web forms, presentations and tables. The internship was part of an optional 3-month Erasmus program organized by my university.Looking back on the experience - it was a lot of fun! I love how impressed my colleagues were with my excel skills - something i haven't used extensively before the internship. The people there were very friendly and easy to work with. Combine that with my first extended visit abroad, the culture shock of living in London and working in one of the top business districts in Europe - all made for a pretty interesting and unforgettable summer!
