I was responsible for approximately 500 workstations and laptops, troubleshooting issues with our phone and data networks. I work with our servers in keeping them running and managing data. I was employed by TDS supporting Dialup, DSL, E-Mail, and Web Hosting technologies. I was a Level II Analyst troubleshooting problems for end users in residential and business environments. I have also been involved in assisting the training department in training new employees in our technologies.
