Primerally focused on commercial real estate investment and development, operations, and asset management.As the CEO and Co-Founder of Co-Space, we've have been leading the development and operation of design-led office spaces, coworking environments, and meeting venues in regional towns and cities across the UK since 2018. Each of our spaces is built around functionality to provide a creative and all-encompassing space for freelancers, entrepreneurs and SME’s, of all shapes and sizes, to grow within the Co-Space community.In early 2023, as part of the broader 'Co-Group,' we launched Co-REM, a commercial property management company. Co-REM was founded to address the challenges associated with poorly managed buildings and service charge budgets, which we experienced firsthand. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency and quality of the real estate sector by simplifying processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders and end users. Co-REM provides an integrated solution, offering building and estate management, service charge management, and facilities management across all verticals of commercial real estate.Previously, I worked within the chemical and construction engineering industries, holding management-level roles before transitioning into real estate in late 2015. I co-founded EquaGroup, a medium-sized commercial-to-residential developer, where I served on the board from 2016 up until my exit in May 2019. Concurrently, from 2017 onwards, I developed a portfolio of residental investment properties across the east Midlands, further solidifying my expertise in the property sector.
