Business and IT change management role for an enterprise Student Information System implementation for the Catholic Schools system, reporting to the Executive Director of Schools,

Initiation and mobilization of the regional deployment of the Genius software and enterprise landscape into the Latin America region as part of a global rollout of the Genius (XGIS) insurance software. Intervention on a critical US customer project to re-establish scope, budget and timeline for return to Governance. This resulted in the amalgamation of several projects under one programme portfolio. Managed deliveries into live service using offshore vendors and third parties including transitional projects moving from onshore to offshore models.

A Programme Management role to initiate a Personal Lines Migration from legacy to a European Common platform encompassing both Business and IT Functions. Delivery of Charter and Project Definition to UK Exec boardSubsequently, Programme Management of a Strategic MI project, managing a business change programme coupled with a tactical deployment workstream delivering an infrastructure renewal. This role additionally required development of value propositions to Steering Committee and UK Executive Project Boards

Programme Management of European software rollout of Genius product, requiring initiation and mobilization of regional baseline projects and local country deployments through to delivery into live sites; Benelux, Iberia and France.Implementation Management for the cutover and rollout from development to live operation, requiring co-ordination of IT, Operations and Business tasks and personnel for Ireland and UK Implementations.Project Management of supplier selection process for conversion services from initial RFP to due diligence of the selected offshore supplier Functional Architect role combined with management of the Business Analysis team in delivery of business requirements analysis, products and defect resolutions and setting standards for process and documentation.

A management team role having responsibility for all projects and services delivered by Professional Services from multiple locations in Australia to include all customer implementations, internal developments and deliveries to the organisation’s counterparts in Europe and Japan. This role also includes line management responsibility for all on-site Managing Consultants and Service Delivery Principals
