• Transmit messages and answer queries accurately when receiving incoming phone calls• Receive and distribute all incoming correspondences including faxes and internal courier in an accurate and timely manner• Place outgoing phone calls in an accurate and timely manner• Welcome all visitors in the receptionist area and make the referrals accordingly• Handle and monitor the office stationary stock• Manage and maintain the booking of the conference and training rooms• Photocopy and type documents upon request
