Michael Ryba DES, MCTS is the Director of Technology of North American Spine Society. His responsibilities include project management, business efficiency & automation, digital event production, database administration, website architecture, audio/visual support, server/network maintenance, end user support, and telecommunications. Michael and his team have developed an innovative kiosk registration system. He has also worked to transition his association offerings to embrace the growing digital community. He has worked to integrate may different solutions into a custom learning management system (LMS). Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Mass Communications at Olivet Nazarene University. He has completed additional coursework in IS/IT Project Management at Villanova University. He is a certified PCMA Digital Event Specialist (DES) & Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS). Michael has been working in the fields of video/film production, Technical Theatre production, IT/AV technology, digital events and distance/adult learning for the past 14+ years.
