I wrote and developed a face-to-face training program centered on teaching School Principals, Deputy Principals and BSM's when and how to investigate a safety incident within their school. I travelled Queensland delivering this training package to every school. On completion of the face-to-face training I adapted the training program into an online resource, which is hosted on the Education Department's e-Learning site.

I investigated the reasons why a Principal had suspended a student from school, pending expulsion, and then made recommendations, based on the facts provided by the school and the requirements of the Education Act, to the Regional Director as to whether the student should be expelled.

I investigated statutory workers' compensation claims, psychological and psychiatric injury claims and common law claims on behalf of Queensland Workers Compensation.
