Projects: 1- GST Registration of Non-GST Supplier: Registered 17 non-GST suppliers into the GST system, saving 5.5% per SKU.2-Breaking Monopoly in Tools Category: Enrolled two new suppliers, increased the company's 5% profit margins, saving 1.98 million PKR annually.3- Strategic Partnerships: Secured sole distributor partnership with Kaghan Chemicals, breaking a 20-year monopoly, saving 10 million PKR annually.4- Enrolled belts supplier as a sole distributor, saving 2.5 million PKR annually.5- Kraljic Model Application: Applied to bearings, saving 0.64 million PKR from a 3.7 million PKR spent with a 9-month contract.6-Supplier Evaluation Form: Created and implemented a supplier evaluation form.7- Credit Terms Standardization: Initiated alignment of 79 suppliers to 45 credit days resulting in the overall supply chain cash flow of 29.2 billion annually. 8- PR Reduction Initiative: Implemented quarterly and annual PRs, reducing PRs from 3,415 to 29, resulting in savings of 12.3 million PKR.
