* Making media plan as per client’s requirement. Co-ordination with (Mumbai &) Delhi team for recording & script-writing etc. Organizing and coordinating with the client, newspapers (Mumbai) and Delhi teams for campaigns.Follow-up with the clients for pending payments. Co-ordination with various teams for pending payments & updating them with the status on payments. Taking advt rates from the newspapers for several clients. Taking rates from radio channels as and when required. Calling up potential clients, line up meetings, pitching. Follow-up on calling list for meetings. Putting entries of all clients, approving and updating in the system CRM. Visiting existing client/s for payments and new business. Helping the teams, if they are out on field for their client’s mail/call. Updating newspapers’ media list. Follow-up with the newspapers for VTS and Invoice. Maintaining monthly expenses record and send it on time. Finding new business through newspapers, trying to contact, give leads to the team.* Behavioral skills: Excellent communication skills* Good interpersonal skills - a team player* Flexibility and Creativity in finding solutions * Ability to work under minimum supervision* Proficiency in MS Office, especially WordWas helping brands / companies get maximum media exposure* Maintaining and building upon relationships with prospects, existing clients and other sources of business* Managing promotions* Reviewing on-going PR programs* Communicate Effectively: Clarify and provide information so that co-workers, customers and suppliers understand and can take action* Drive for Results: Work to achieve high levels of personal and organisational performance in order to meet objectives* Organising content for Group publications/website
