Being dedicated to be the industry leader in the oils and fats business with global network through uncompromised level of services, premium quality products, innovative packaging, investment in leading process technology and R&D.- Primarily responsible in Sales and Marketing (oil/fats/trading items) mainly for the French speaking countries in West/North and Central AFRICA (Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania, Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Cameroon, Congo, Chad, Central African Republic, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea….etc) and Vietnam.- Responsible for Marketing and developing a sustainable growth of new markets and expansion of buyers’ base- Monitoring and controlling of all sales, allocations, shipment, diversion for destination, claim settlement, hedging opportunity to maximize profitability, swapping and shipments validities etc.- Managing operational matters and trouble shooting for any matters and highlighting complicated matters to Senior Manager/ GM.

Vietnamese market’s leader in the Quick Service Restaurant field, KFC Vietnam has 80 stores strategically located across the country.- Strategy planning for building a loyalty customer base- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing promotions that will drive customer loyalties, sales and frequency of this targeted consumer- Expansion planning of catering segment of corporate sales- Coordinate with other sections to run each marketing program for Customer Loyalty Program (CLP)- Manage the CLP software, coordinate with IT department and Operations on processing membership card and on developing the software- Work with Marketing Manager to roll out new CLP Programs within budget in a timely manner- KFC Vietnam website management and development (kfcvietnam.com.vn).Achievement: Increased the customer base by 23% and this has contributed to an equivalent of 2.6% of overall sales target for the year. Being project leader of the new 3D KFC Vietnam corporate website which has now a modern touch and instilled refreshing and fun factor.
