Undergraduate Student Representative- Represented the voice of 10,000+ undergraduate student members in quarterly strategic decision-making meetings with the Board & Finance Committee.- Coordinated with regional leadership & staff to improve the experience of undergraduate student members across the country.

New England Sub-Regional Student Representative- Led Sub-Regional Retreats to strengthen relationships between undergraduate chapter leaders, professional chapters, & the regional team with ice breakers & networking.- Collaborated with leadership team members on social media campaigns for scholarship and professional development opportunities within SHPE.

- Collaborating on an initiative to create service-learning experiences for students at the university by cultivating relationships with local community partners that serve underrepresented populations.

- Led efforts to secure funding for five undergraduate students to attend the 2022 SHPE National Convention (+150% YOY).- Led an initiative to develop stronger connections between the chapter & the SEAS by regularly meeting with the Dean, Career Services Center, & Director of the GW Innovation Center.- Compiled data on events, member demographics, & local impacts into a National Chapter Program (NCP) Report that resulted in the first Blue Chip Chapter Award for proven performance in SHPE GWU’s history.

- Increased the presence & voice of the chapter on the Engineers' Council by serving as an Appointed Officer during the 2021-2022 Academic year.- Collaborated with the Executive Board on the first Chapter Report & Corporate Sponsorship Package in the chapter’s history.

BME 3910 – Capstone Design Preparation, Fall 2022BME 3915W – BME Capstone Project Lab I, Spring 2023- Collaborated with the instructional team to redesign course materials & hosted weekly office hours to improve student engagement.

Summer Scholar, Continuing Umbrella of Research Experiences (CURE) Program- Participated in weekly activities related to cancer pathology, experimental design, and journal club groups to discuss articles about novel therapeutic treatments during a 9-week summer program funded by the National Cancer Institute.- Completed program projects, including abstract, literature review, informational interviews, & PowerPoint presentation.- Presentation received Descubrimientos Category Award, Engineering Science Symposium, 2021 SHPE National Convention.

- Served as Zoom Logistics Chair for East Coast Region’s virtual Noche de Ciencias planning committee in the Spring of 2021.

BME 1020 – Introduction to Biomedical Engineering, Spring 2021- Provided support to first-year BME students on projects utilizing MATLAB, Fusion360, & human-centered design principles.

RC Racing Academy- Organized & facilitated activities at weekly after-school RC car training courses for elementary school students. - Taught concepts, racing strategy, & team dynamics to elementary school students

LEGO Innovation Program- Facilitated projects that teach STEAM concepts to elementary school students using LEGOS during a week-long course.- Concepts included: engineering, ideation, imagination, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

- Enhanced incoming high school students learning of Geometry through one-on-one instruction during a math enrichment program tailored to students from underrepresented populations to prepare them for next year's coursework.
