Contracts Administration provides interpretation of contractual, Public Contract Code and UC Policy requirements; oversees contractor compliance and conformity of subcontractor participation, certified payroll, and other required documentation; oversees the resolution of all contract-related disputes: bid protests; bid irregularities, hearings and subcontractor substitutions.
