Supports diamond level and the enterprise clients through an excellent customer experience. Passionate about how live phone support transforms and revolutionizes the way we communicate. Ensure functional connectivity and integration with the Global Division around client services activities. Responsible for bringing personalized experiences to client support. Serve as the central contact person to Sales and Agent support teams on daily operational matters. Partner with sales teams and with central support to resolve operational issues that may arise involving operations and our vendors. In close connection with the Client Service teams to ensure appropriate onboarding, SLA’s and communications are met. Champion and facilitate the progression of the client onboardingprocess, New Contract Agreements and New Logos. Negotiate internally and externally contractual terms and conditions to align with the guidelines discussed with Sales Manager and BDO. Make sure processes, activities and operational services and client service support comply with internal rules and guidelines for continual scale.
