I have over 30yrs of experience as a Human Resource Manager within the United States Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves and the Department of Defense. My specialities are: Team Building, Human Resource Management, Customer service and Project Management . I present work as an Employee Relations Manager with Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command. Prior to that, I managed government resources with the Force Generation Center at varying levels from Resource Manager of MPA funds to a team of Management Force Analysts . It is my desire to build upon my managerial skills while working in a diverse and challenging environment that will allow me to maximize and utilitize my talents as a Human Resource Manager.
