• Identification and evaluation of business potential of Partner Institutions i.e. MFBs and NBMFIs by providing comprehensive appraisals, evaluation, operational and financial analysis for funding decisions.
• Preparation of detailed business proposal for onward submission to Credit Committee/Board.
• Assessment of quality of credit proposal presentation, approval process, credit line structuring, modification, and exposure limits.
• Ensure compliance with the internal policy, credit approval T&Cs and regulatory requirements, etc.

Main Branch-Peshawar

• To manage the floor/branch while ensuring customers are being serviced in a timely and orderly manner.
• Maintain good and cordial relationships with existing customers and deepen existing relationships through regular customer contacts.
• Initiate/ Process customers request for multiple bank products through deepening and cross-selling.
• Develop/process credit proposal, initial documents and liaise with client to complete all the documents as per bank/central bank policy.
• Complete all the pre/post approval formalities including follow up with clients for smooth payback, while keeping profitability of the bank for achieving assigned targets.

Regional Office-Mardan

• Preparation & processing of credit proposals in line with SBP prudential regulations & bank’s credit policy.

• To carry out financial analysis & credit risk assessment in conformity with Bank’s policy & SBP regulations.
• Constantly monitors activities after the disbursement of the loan, to ensure that adequate security margins are maintained till the loan is recovered.
• Coordinate with legal function in obtaining legal opinions as & when required to ensure the authenticity of the borrowing party.
