I bring added value to any team with my extensive experience in staffing management, personnel supervision, leadership development, operational planning, and logistics management.I've worked in the petroleum industry for 14 years and have experience in the storing, distribution, testing, and transporting of bulk petroleum products. I've managed personnel and supervised operation at small and large petroleum sites. I've served as a project manager for several military training and site development operations. I spent three years as a recruiter where I sought out applicants and effectively presented information about the Marine Corps to them with the objective of convincing them to enlist; conducted preliminary screenings and administrative processing to determine their eligibility; and completed enlistment documents, while maintaining accurate records. I now spend my time managing and operating a notary services business, managing investment properties, while working on achieving my Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting.
