I am an accomplished in vitro pharmacologist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. My focus is on driving innovation in drug discovery through expertise in biochemical, immunological, analytical, and cell-based assays. My team and I specialize in developing assays to discover new compounds, explore target biology, and understand drug mechanisms for both large and small molecule therapeutics.Currently, I lead a team of scientists developing, validating, and automating complex assays for structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies, PK/PD analysis, and proteomics/metabolomics. With a PhD in Chemical Biology and Infectious Biology from the National University of Singapore and postdoctoral research in protein homeostasis and virology from the University of Michigan, I bring a strong foundation in infectious diseases and pharmacology to improve therapeutic outcomes. I am passionate about mentoring and fostering innovation to deliver impactful results in drug discovery.
