Duties included, not limited to:Resolutions of escalations, queries & complaints, received from the Credit Providers, Credit Bureaus, The National Credit Regulator ,Consumers and the PDA'sExperience in managing a team comprising of Debt Counselors, Administrative, PDA & Debt Review staff of which included on the job training & compiling of personalized training manualsIn Depth understanding of all Credit Agreements, Certificates of Balance, Credit Bureau Reports, budgeting and spending norms as well as repayment plans and proposalsPossess an excellent understanding of spending behavior of consumers, types of credit agreements and the ability to go the extra mile to assist the consumer in the event of change in their personal circumstancesDrafted emergency motivations in saving clients' homes and vehicles from the Jaws of repossession, Summons & in some cases where Judgment was grantedKnowledge of the National Credit Act in respect of Debt Review, PDA Processes as well as the Task Team Agreement & NCR GuidelinesPossess an excellent understanding of the law and the processes that must be followed when issuing clearance certificatesPossess a good understanding of the NCR Withdrawal GuidelinesHeld face to face meetings with relevant stakeholders within Management from various inter provincial Banking Sectors on an annual basis, in an effort to resolve Debt Review Processing Issues ensuring compliance was met in terms of the Task Team Agreement & NCR Guidelines sameDealt with Legal Administration; Paid Up Letters, Termination NoticesBasic knowledge of Business Rescue, Insolvency & Liquidations, Warrant of Executions etc.Able to diffuse difficult customer situations & complaints with tact and easeLead, mentor and cultivated a customer focused environment whilst promoting the company culture and valuesBuilt positive, constructive and respectful relationships with various Banking Sectors, Attorneys, Credit Providers, PDA and the National Credit Regulator
