As a Training Specialist at Auskills, a visa consultancy firm, I design and deliver training programs for new and existing candidates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide quality service to our clients. I also evaluate the effectiveness of the training and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance. I have a Bachelor's degree in Forensics from the University of Baguio, where I developed my keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. These skills helped me excel in my previous roles as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance and a Virtual Assistant at Freelance, where I assisted customers with various technical issues, such as installing and troubleshooting software and hardware, and performed administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and research. I am always open to learning new things and adapting to changing situations, as I believe that growth and improvement are essential for personal and professional development. I am also passionate about helping others achieve their goals, whether they are our clients, our colleagues, or our community.
