During my time as an immunization nurse for Mullen Immunizations, I was in the top 20% of sales in the nation for 3 consecutive flu seasons. I have worked in various departments such as urgent care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health during my time with Royal Healthcare Agency and Aveanna Healthcare. As a manager for DCH Roasters Inc., I participated in the hiring, training, staff development, team leadership, and was responsible for coordinating schedules, submitting payroll, and upholding company policies for 30+ employees. During my time as a manager of 6 locations (over 2 years), I was able to increase the company's profit margin in my region by over 18%. I have decided to combine my passion for nursing and my passion for management and leadership into one exciting career choice as a Healthcare Administrator.
