As a Transmission Engineer, my job involves NMS SUPPORT in TATA DOCOMO Network In UP EAST circle, Also to plan for the optimization of the various transmission parameters like SET Balancing, ATER ABIS Errors rectification. My work also includes providing support to the customers via call, email and remedy tickets. My job is 24*7 so that means I am flexible working in shifts
