As a teaching assistant for CS 100, I worked under the guidance of Dr. Shafay Shamail and Dr. Maryam Mustafa. My contribution to the course was as follows:• Led 13 programming labs and tutorials, guiding students through foundational concepts and coding challenges.• Supervised 10 projects, mentoring students to transform their ideas into functional solutions.• Graded over 180 lab tasks, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.• Designed and graded term exam questions, ensuring fairness and allowing students to showcase their learning effectively.• Held weekly office hours to support a class of 400+ students, answering questions and clarifying complex topics.

As the director of Human Resources at LSMS, I fostered a collaborative environment within the society and helped it grow by:• Scheduling 100+ interviews for applicants • Conducting icebreaking sessions for newly inducted members to familiarize them with their peers and directors• Managing a 5 member to team to ensure smooth communication between departments for events, in particular, SIGMA, the society's flagship event• Celebrating each member's birthday, professional and personal achievements regularly• Contacting 80+ delegates for SIGMA and maintaining constant communication with 20 teams throughout the event to answer queries and resolve issues • Building and deploying an optimization model for LUMS residential community to create cost-effective balanced diet plans• Arranging guest lectures and movie screenings for International Day of Mathematics• Organizing stalls showcasing mathematical phenomena from daily life for the International Day of Mathematics

As the coordinator and director of LMA's creative department, I led a team of 8 highly skilled individuals for two years. During this time, we delivered high-quality designs and promotional materials that significantly contributed to the success of our events and initiatives. During my time at LMA, I contributed by:• Partnered with the Promotions and Events departments to design and implement creative themes for various events, notably the FiLUMS International Film Festival.• Designing the society's official merchandise for consecutive years.• Collaborating with the Punjab Youth Ministry and TikTok for the FiLUMS International Film Festival.• Promoting FiLUMS International Film Festival digitally and physically through standees and posters, achieving a footfall of 4,000+ visitors for the event.• Supported the festival in receiving over 200 film submissions, both internationally and locally.

I worked in the Media department with a team of 13 talented members over two semesters. Over my time at LES, I experienced great creative freedom. This freedom allowed me to develop my design skillset with help from my directors.
