Danial Moj was the best experience of my career life. A small company which grew very fast, from 25 employees to 250 just in one year. Working with partners whom were fantastic in research and developing telecommunication gadgets and IOT platform. I tried to transform a small company into a large brand by gathering teams in order to spread the name of Danial Moj into all commercial channels.I also was grateful to challenge the young experts into develop useful gadgets for the market.What I learned in Danial Moj:1- Never under estimate the market;2- When the government has low budget, focus on small benefits from independent people;3- Employees will work for a boss, but work efficient for a leader;4- The Brand and Employees are the true investment of a company;5- Not any company will rise upon the decision of only one person, so get advices from consultants;

I worked in Mashhad Host for approximately 1 year. We had a good team there and a lot of stuff that I learned from them. It was a good experience monitoring the hosting market in Iran. I would have stayed, only if I wasn't thinking of starting my own business.
