My record of success includes founding, scaling, and leading technology, Software, SaaS, and Cloud companies to market segment domination, profitability, and successful product acquisition. I have the analytical expertise and business foresight to determine and seize market gaps ripe for disruptive technology solutions. As President of Avadencia, I led the feature development and resource management for the global construction industry’s first cloud-based project management software. Following that, I sought out and brokered deals with potential partners to expand into the oil/gas, aerospace, and engineering industries. This resulted in my launch of Built On Vision (BOV), a multiple award-winning critical path method (CPM) forensics software built on an in-house designed award-winning AI. In 2019, BOV went international with a software update to automatically translate schedules into any language. Since its release, the software made the 2019 Red Herring Top Product list and has been integral to the smooth-running of $15B+ in construction and infrastructure projects. As co-founder of RevelPoint, LLC, I steered end-to-end software development of an innovative cloud-based project scheduling software before selling the product to Autodesk in 2013 for $20M. I also founded and scaled startups NextWeb and Concerro to national recognition and market-segment domination, with Concerro reaching #104 as an Inc 500 Company. During my career, I have amassed extensive organic business growth and end-to-end merger and acquisition (M&A) experience. I completed five acquisitions across 175 major hubs at NextWeb, acquired by Covad Communications in 2005. In addition, I raised an inside Series C round of $12M for Concerro, and increased profitability by a 44% compound annual growth rate while managing the corporate cultural integration of Concerro and API Healthcare’s post-2009 merger.My passion and expertise go beyond business and software development to include seven years as a board member of The Lupus Foundation of Northern California.
