Primary counsel for AWS Quantum Technologies. Strategic legal and business counsel to senior business and scientific/engineering leadership in support of the development of AWS’s quantum computer and related technologies. Support complex hardware and software development deals, inbound/outbound IP and software licensing, strategic collaborations and partnerships, research collaborations with universities, procurement and supply chain transactions, and manufacturing and design agreements. Advise on acquisitions, policy development, regulatory and trade compliance, public relations strategies, IP hygiene, privacy, vendor and infrastructure security, and generative AI use policies.
