About Saeid Salmani

As a Business Development Manager at Arsh, a management consultancy and software development company, I am responsible for exploring and creating new business opportunities in the domestic and international markets.     Due to the company's background in management consultancy and software development, Arsh Inc has the potential to enter new markets. Due to Iran's current business environment, the most important part of these developments was fundraising. We tried to start 3 new business lines and at last, we could make 2 of them happen in the past months. 1. Educational and empowerment project (probably will be named Tavana): The project tries to empower new talents through education and real work-environment challenges. Due to the business' essential need for fundraising, we created the business model, business plan, feasibility study, and the project's financial projection to raise the need for funds. Then we planned to perform the project for a customer, hired the team, and started it. 2. Digital Transformation: One of our most noted business lines was digital transformation. In our projects, we act as management consultants with solutions that can be performed by ourselves. This competitive advantage has worked for us in recent years. In the last year, we tried to enter the mining and steel industries to help them transform, but we could not close a deal so far. 3. Interactive Exhibition: As digital transformation agents, we have always looked into new business lines. In these types of projects, we aim to influence the audience through data visualization models and best practices. We closed a deal recently and I am acting as the project manager on this project.
