Due to the company's background in management consultancy and software development, Arsh Inc has the potential to enter new markets. Due to Iran's current business environment, the most important part of these developments was fundraising. We tried to start 3 new business lines and at last, we could make 2 of them happen in the past months. 1. Educational and empowerment project (probably will be named Tavana): The project tries to empower new talents through education and real work-environment challenges. Due to the business' essential need for fundraising, we created the business model, business plan, feasibility study, and the project's financial projection to raise the need for funds. Then we planned to perform the project for a customer, hired the team, and started it. 2. Digital Transformation: One of our most noted business lines was digital transformation. In our projects, we act as management consultants with solutions that can be performed by ourselves. This competitive advantage has worked for us in recent years. In the last year, we tried to enter the mining and steel industries to help them transform, but we could not close a deal so far. 3. Interactive Exhibition: As digital transformation agents, we have always looked into new business lines. In these types of projects, we aim to influence the audience through data visualization models and best practices. We closed a deal recently and I am acting as the project manager on this project.

Arsh has got a great team in software development and has access to the international market. International affairs is a new project aiming to connect the company's products and services to the international market. Some of our goals are fundraising for our products, participating in the startup ecosystem, mini-product development, and acquiring software projects to implement. Some of my achievements: • Participate in Switzerland's startup ecosystem as a startup• Created business plan, business model, financial plan, and feasibility study to act in Switzerland's startup ecosystem• Created business plan, business model, financial plan, and feasibility study to act in Portugal's startup ecosystem• Participate in the process of products fundraising (Ongoing)• Planning to model customer segmentation to acquire software development projects• Plan, do, and manage the process of Linkedin marketing as a software service provider• Scanning Shopify and Odoo app stores to choose mini-products to develop

Bamano is an intelligent assistant for the family. This mobile application is based on a family network (through tools like the album) and operates as a platform. Bamano's product was launched during our cooperation and we designed every process from scratch. The marketing department is responsible for user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Some of my achievements: • Design and management of Campaigns to acquire new users (Acquired 20K Users and 8K active installs) through digital channels (Social media, Google Ads, App stores, Ad networks, …) • Created user personas to test and validate to fit the product to the market• Optimizing CAC based on our targets• Created a user engagement model to use for marketing automation to retain and engage users• Starting social media activities (Content strategy and calendar, Social media ads, …)• Created an SEO plan to promote the website using search engines • Created marketing and advertisement processes for implementation and documentation• Cooperate with experts to launch Bamano's content platform

HalaVarzesh was a platform that provided sports services (like gym subscriptions, pool tickets, etc). Our main focus was to target enterprises to provide them with these services and revolutionize the enterprise sports industry. HalaVarzesh is suspended from July 2019 due to COVID-19 and gym abandonments. Some of my achievements: • Affiliation with over 250 sports centers in Tehran (Gyms, Pools, etc)• Affiliation with sport course holders to provide courses for coaches• Design and management of multiple campaigns to achieve marketing goals (Email Campaigns, Social Campaigns, etc)
