In my current position, I actively hold three significant roles. Firstly, I lead the Billing team at NTC, overseeing and managing Billing Operations as a Domain Expert. Secondly, I serve as a Business Analyst, collaborating closely with stakeholders to propose Process Improvements, Innovative Solutions and Digital Transformation strategies for an Efficient Billing System. Lastly, I manage the Data Analyst team, guiding them in Gathering and Analyzing Data to Enhance the Overall Billing Process and Customer Experience.• As the Manager Data Analyst, my responsibilities include supervising the team's data gathering and analysis efforts from various sources, such as CDRs, customer records and billing system outputs. Together, we derive valuable insights, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.• In my role as a Business Analyst, I ensure that the data analysis aligns with the organization's objectives, enabling me to propose effective solutions for optimizing the billing system's efficiency and accuracy. And now, as part of our company's commitment to staying ahead in the industry, I have taken on an additional pivotal role in driving Digital Transformation initiatives.• Combining my Manager Data Analyst and Business Analyst roles, I actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the Telecom & ICT Billing Portal, a telecom graded ERP platform for Billing Operations. I collaborate with the development team to integrate user requirements and data analysis findings into the system's functionalities.• Furthermore, as a key player in the Digital Transformation process, I work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital integration, automation, and enhancement of billing processes. Leveraging my expertise in billing operations, business analysis, and data management, I contribute to shaping our organization's digital strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our overarching goals and ensures that our services remain at the forefront of the industry, delivering exceptional customer experiences.• My responsibilities also extend to generating customized reports, particularly focused on Revenue Assurance and preventing revenue leakage. Additionally, I supervise my team in producing comprehensive analytical reports that provide valuable business insights.• Through these combined roles, I foster a data-driven and customer-centric approach within the organization, ensuring that data analysis informs decision-making processes, enhances billing operations, and ultimately contributes to NTC's overall success.
