Having the experience of observing different schools in a few countries like Pakistan,India,China,Thailand and Barcelona I feel like I am an enthusiastic individual aspiring to achieve more. Always learning new things from my students have kept me interested in this field for many years. Truly my life's calling. To whom it may concern,I am writing to share my experience having Ms. Afsar Khan as my daughter's PreK teacher. Prior to meeting Ms. Khan, I was pleased to see that she had a LinkedIn profile and learn more about her philosophy, something that I do not see many teachers do. When my husband and I met Ms. Khan, we were impressed by her composure, her kind spirit and her attitude towards academia. We had a good feeling that she would be a great fit for our daughter.Ms. Khan went above and beyond our expectations. She helped develop my daughter and helped her realize potential that I did not know existed at this age. Within less than 6 months, my daughter was reciting numbers through 100, adding numbers, reciting the planets, the continents, the days, months, etc. She also developed her motor skills and worldly topics such as planting, sewing, learning the internal organs, to name a few. Ms. Khan was always on top of updates on progress, and took care of her class, and of events and encouraged collaboration and contribution from students and parents. My daughter enjoyed Ms. Khan's class a lot, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I would, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend Ms. Khan to any academic institute that believes in children achieving their potential and going beyond the standard academic curriculum.
