My lifelong passion for technology has fueled my journey as a tech entrepreneur. I founded IBTIKAR TECHNOLOGIES to deliver high-quality software development solutions in a region ripe for digital transformation. Today, with a team of over 50 professionals, IBTIKAR TECHNOLOGIES has successfully digitalized identity documents for the Government of Mauritania (HOUWIYETI system).Additionally, we launched GUARRINI, an innovative educational platform that received a grant from the UNDP Acceleration Programme for its significant impact on education accessibility. GUARRINI is now delivering high-quality courses to students across Mauritania.Furthermore, we launched ELEBNE, a fintech startup that won the Mauritanian Central Bank Fintech Challenge, surpassing 112 other competitive projects. Recently, ELEBNE received a license from the Central Bank of Mauritania, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
