We always tried to provide best quality service for customer.I have joined here in last year as a Team leader and coordinator Sales and Support my responsibilities are to handle the whole sales team, boost up the team and sales. The working procedure of our team first they deal with the customer and take our service and finalize by KAM (Key Account Manager) and the inform me and I will give the task the Installation department and they finished it. When I’m joined here I have try to focus on how to increasing the number of sales and try to build up the relations with customers, Deller, I try to spread out our business with Sales agent base. Before my joining the company has only one dealership or sales agent but now the number of agent is 10 in all over the country. The number of monthly sales figure was very common but now the progress is impressive. In the situation of pandemic the flow the overall sales is hamper but now we overcome from there.
