After running in the 2017 municipal by-election of Ward 42, I have continued to develop my city building capacity through training as a participant in the Women Win TO (http://womenwinto.ca) initiative and The Institute for Change Leaders (www.changeleaders.ca). I continue to attend City Council and Scarborough Community Council Meetings, participate in SCAN (Scarborough Civic Action Network), Connect Sheppard East Transit Committee and am an acting Representative TDSB PIAC (Parent Involvement Advisory Committee) within the Ward.
