Along with many other tasks, I manage project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to acquire success on the $87M ADC (antibody-drug conjugate)project. One of my key assignments in this role is to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to requirements. I am tasked with heading projects from RFP initiation to construction completion, including overseeing scope changes and cost control measures. I negotiate with vendors and maintain safety protocols for cost savings and enhanced workplace safety.

During this time period, I led, sourced, and contracted all budgetary aspects of Capital Improvement endeavors across seven sites in Los Angeles, the Valley, and Inland Empire Markets, California.
