Anna is the Head of Bristows' Commercial and Technology Disputes team, specialising in technology and commercial disputes. She is recognised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as a ranked expert for IT, telecoms and litigation. Anna has more than 25 years experience in conducting disputes involving commercial law, large-scale IT projects and telecoms, including the management of risk in ongoing projects, termination and exit. She is also an expert in software licensing, copyright and the protection of know-how and confidential information.Anna is a Fellow of the Society for Computers and Law, after serving as a Trustee of the SCL from July 2012 to February 2019. Anna is a Trustee of Full Fact, a fact checking charity which counters bad information by fact checking politicians, public institutions, journalists and viral online content. She is also member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, where she is currently the Chair of the International Arbitration Committee and Vice-Chair of Special Projects for the Cyber Security, Data Privacy and Technology Committee.
