Social Impact Measurement | Project Manager
I) Social Impact Measurement Project:- Successfully establish and develop fee-for-service consultancy and training stream on state-wide level by effectively managing the operation and ongoing development of the award-winning Social Impact Measurement Project- Consult, negotiate and liaise with multiple stakeholders (e.g. members, state government, national peak bodies, University and industry experts) - Provide high-level, tailored evaluation support to NFP organisations within Western Australia to implement the outcomes-based framework Results Based Accountability (RBA) into operational processes and manage organisational change- Facilitate organisational strategic planning and performance management to ensure continuous improvement- Plan, manage and deliver RBA workshops and training across Western Australia- Facilitate developmental evaluation within organisations through survey design, data development, producing meaningful reportsII) Community Development | Sector Capacity Building:- Promote, facilitate and develop the capacity of non-for-profit organisations within Western Australia across the areas of governance, operations and frontline deliveryIII) Professional Development Project (Governance & HR):- Manage project, including needs analysis, scoping of the deliverables, multi-stakeholder engagement, resource production and event management- Project aimed at providing support to committees member and managers of community-based Education and Care Services in Western Australia in areas of Governance and HR practices IV) Results Based Accountability (RBA) Pilot Project:- Determine the viability of the outcomes-based framework RBA for Community, Neighbourhood and Learning Centres in Western Australia- Support pilot participants through change process to implement framework into their operational processes, including: capacity building, strategic planning, continuous improvement and data analysis
