Agile Coach
CurrentMy job is teaching people "how to fish" without injuring the Agile ecosystem :) In short this means I coach the Engineering department and leadership on Scrum and LeSS values and principles, support Agile transition, and develop and hold various educations and trainings.- Supporting Scrum to LeSS transition in two Business Areas (definition of Product vision, supporting and facilitating Business Area ceremonies/events, coaching Engineering managers and Product managers)- Coaching Engineering leadership (directors and line managers) on topics indirectly connected to Agile (i.e. performance management with an Agile mindset, problem and outcome definition, etc)- Developing and delivering Agile Academy training program which covers Lean, Scrum, LeSS and Agile leadership, to increase department level understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices- Holding on demand workshops and educations for various teams and departments (prioritization based on business value, estimations and breakdowns, etc)- Leading initial Agile setup for various Mission based teams - Working with Coaches from other departments to identify and address organizational barriers to Agile adoption- Currently working on providing recommendation for setting up a department level metrics system which promotes continuous improvement and customer value delivery, as well as employee satisfaction :)
