• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, effectively communicating project updates and addressing any concerns.• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced planning tools.• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure successful project execution.• Solve engineering challenges during the construction processes.• Study and prepare shop drawings based on technical plans and guidelines provided by consultants.• Create and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Plan (QMP), ensuring compliance with international standards.• Conduct regular audits to verify the quality and reliability of structural works.• Oversee project procurement and manage related documentation.

i. Develop comprehensive and precise detailed drawings in accordance with project specifications and consultants provided guidelines. ii. Ensure that all drawings meet the international standards and accurately represent the project scope.iii. Create detailed Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) specifically for the 33kV CSU room, underground trenches network and draw pits. iv. Ensure that the BBS includes all necessary information for proper reinforcement placement and complies with engineering standards to facilitate proper construction and structural integrity of respective elements.v. Create and develop project schedules (Baseline, Revisions, Recovery schedules) for ensuring its implementation in line with schedule best practices.

• Manage project procurement processes, resource planning & implementation, and construction programming.• Responsible for Design review and Coordination of all Structural, Architectural, MEP & Biomedical works as per FGI guidelines. • Conduct regular site inspections and oversee site execution of piling works, foundation, and superstructure.• Solve engineering challenges during the construction processes.• Prepare, review, and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and other project-related documentation• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.• Coordinate with all stakeholders to manage timely completion and effective implementation of civil and MEP services as per design and drawings.• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.• Study and prepare request for Information (RFI's) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.• Perform quality audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of QA/QC processes and identify areas for improvement• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures in alignment with project requirements and international standards ISO 9001.

• Responsible for Design review and Coordination of all Structural, Architectural, MEP and medical facilities as per FGI guidelines. • Liable to prepare & approve contractor’s technical shop drawings, methodologies and other project related documents based on the international codes.• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee site execution of all structural and architectural works.• Assess construction activities to ensure they align with drawings and comply with the structural consultant's guidelines.• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans using Primavera P6.• Study and prepare requests for Information (RFI's) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.• Control all non-conformances’ and material inspection requests (NCR & MIR) and undertake remedial actions.• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.• Responsible to finalize finishing schedules such as flooring, doors, windows, furniture & RCP plans etc.

• Project Coordination involves Structural, Architectural, MEP works & Water Proofing.• Work closely with project manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources & timeframes for project.• Site Execution from piling works, foundation, superstructure to finishing.• Study and prepare requests for Information (RFI's) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.• Develop and circulate delay analysis reports and change logs amongst all the stakeholders.• Contribute with costing team to prepare estimates for all the tenders, work orders and variations by doing rate analysis & prepare comparative with quoted rates.• Develop and implement quality control programs via different quality checks.• Verification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC’s).

• Work closely with project manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.• Prepare plan and Site Execution - Which primarily includes:o Construction of OUTRIGGER floors, embedding girders, fish plates and shear plateso Core wallso Table formworko MEVA (Hydraulic formwork)o RMD-Formworko Composite decking slab system• Check Bar Bending Schedules w.r.t structural design and details.• Evaluate Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).• Prepare B.O.Q and V.O.• Material procurement & reconciliation.• Prepare daily & monthly progress reports and coordinate with respective team members.• Oversee execution of façade works and waterproofing.• Generate and resolve technical queries.
