Responsible to oversee the board of directors, which is responsible for governance and decision-making for the NPO. I was in the role of capacity planning, performance optimization, security management, network implementation, installation and setup of PABXs, VoIP integration, documentation, and system integration. I planned, developed, and built LAN infrastructure for network installation, making sure it was flexible and scalable to accommodate future expansion. Prioritizing security management meant that I created defenses against outside threats for the local area network (LAN), kept up with access control lists, and handled security incidents. Carefully maintained was comprehensive documentation of the LAN infrastructure, including configurations and inventory. By using quality of service measurements and traffic analysis, network performance was maximized. Monitoring network utilization and making plans for upcoming requirements, such as upgrades or expansions, were part of capacity planning. In addition, I managed the setup and installation of PABX, guaranteeing seamless VoIP service integration and ensuring interaction with other communication.
