Maintaining highly confidential and time sensitive document and remittance products on regular basis. * Preparing batches of work by extracting checks and correspondence from envelops and validating all checks and materials before scanning. Capturing checks and document images through high-speed imaging equipment.* Completing data entry based on customer specific documented instructions. Verifying negotiability of checks through customer specific instruction for processing.* Ensuring that all customers and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices. Effectively working as a team in a diverse environment.* Quality checking for encrypted document images and inputing data into the system. Following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing. Re-associating check images and corresponding material in order to return materials to the specific customer through mail.* Re-associating check images to corresponding materials and maintaining safe storage for specific periods of time.* Updating regular changes in customer specification through processing procedures. * Maintaining site productivity and quality standards at all times. Contributing to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilities.* Attending regular team meetings and education programs about policy changes, processing procedures, and future challenges.
