Leading quality assurance/quality control operations in milk collection and agri services

I am responsible for management, direction and coordination of quality and regularity activities. The job requires in formulating and maintaining quality control objective in cooperation with processing plant to maximize raw milk quality. The job is responsible for supervision and development of staff in order to achieve the goals (milk testing, material inspection) that ultimately add value to Company.Participate and initiate in innovations, development and improvement initiatives.Responsible to set the quality control objectives.Responsible for standardization of lab in terms of Glassware/equipment's, chemicals & SOPs.Responsible for the implementation of all raw milk tests to ensure the purchase of best quality milk.Responsible for the training of staff regarding hygiene, quality, milk handling and food safety.Responsible for the documentation and maintain proper record keeping of laboratories tests.Field visits to ensure raw milk quality at all levels.Ensure the inspection and delivery of glassware and Chemicals from warehouse to all levels. Responsible to monitor gain/loss during lab receiving to plant receiving.Be administratively responsible for conduct of his direct reports. Take necessary actions in case of violation of rules and code of conduct including issuance of warning letter, where required.Make recommendations on performance of subordinates; give input for annual appraisals, increments and promotions. Make recommendations for contract renewals.To participate in different departmental initiatives like, new projects, different committees
