Bharath aka MS to some, apart from serving the INTA as a Board Member for 2024 - 2026, is a sought after IP litigator and strategist. After 20 years of practice and 12 years of leading a regional office of a National Firm Bharath founded KRIA Law in March 2021. He has been a speaker at and organized various national and international forums. He was instrumental in successfully restraining unauthorized use of the famous Tirupati Laddu, a registered GI in India apart registering national and international GIs in India including Tequila and Scotch.Bharath has often used mediation as means of resolving complex IPR conflicts, especially one with as many as 250 oppositions, 2 suits, 3 criminal proceedings and a few freehold properties.
