Group Executive: It
Current• Provide leadership, strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure the security, optimisation and digital transformation of IT solutions for the Senwes Group.• Develop and execute an IT strategy and provide guidance on emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in IT for the Senwes Group.• Evaluate the Group’s network requirements and design a secure and reliable network topology.• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.• Monitor network traffic and performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions.• Align the Group’s Applications with business requirements and provide value by managing the application portfolio.• Lead the design and implementation of Cloud-based infrastructure and services.• Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services delivery.• Manage the service desk to ensure the timely resolution of service requests and incidents.• Continuously improve service management processes and practices.• Spearhead developing and implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation initiatives to enable business growth while enhancing operational efficiencies.• Ensure IT projects meet business requirements, i.e. define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.• Protect the Group’s information and technology assets from cyber threats.• Assess, monitor and analyse cybersecurity risks and threats.• Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programmes for employees.• Full management of IT department operational functions.• Develop and manage and IT budget of (add value) and ensure alignment of related expenditures with the Group’s overall financial objectives.• Provide financial and strategic input to the executive team, including updates on IT strategies, initiatives and risks.
