As part of the HR Ventures & Acquisitions team my goal is to engage acquired employees throughout the integration process, generating a positive and enriching experience.In order to successfully achieve this, I work closely with all the different workstreams across Accenture to design the people experience and activate the change journey during the integration. My role consists in supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from a cultural assessment of an acquisition in diligence, through to designing and implementing high quality communication and change activities, leveraging latest technology, to enable an impactful integration experience for acquired employees. Key responsibilities:• Conduct the org and culture preliminary assessment in Due Diligence• Design and develop announce communications• Design the communications plan and developing creative messaging and communications• Design and develop cultural workshops and change network sessions• Conduct and analyze employee change impact assessment identifying action plans to increase retention and providing commentary on global trends• Measure employee sentiment through survey approach, leveraging analytics, and adjusting action plans• Design and deliver the onboarding experience and hypercare support• Support tailoring of training materials and managing logistics of training plan• Capture learnings and knowledge from the integration journey, sharing this across stakeholders and retaining experience for future acquisitions• Continuous improvement of methodology leveraging latest approaches and technologies• Maintain and update internal methodology and deliverables

Support VATI team members in the following activities: · Delivering high-quality and creative presentations and communications for meetings, presentations, and email communications.· Collaborating with teams within and outside of HR to obtain required information and consolidating/including in required format (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other).· Creating/updating PowerPoint presentations (or via other creative tools based on request).· Be a Subject Matter Expert in VATI Deliverables and tools.· Analyzing data (preparing summary data cuts (e.g., tables, graphs); providing commentary on findings and trends; shaping discussions; bringing observations to VATI team members).· Actively attending calls with HR V&A team members and other key stakeholders, as necessary.· Developing understanding of HR V&A end-to-end acquisition process/HR V&A operations.· Identifying and implementing process improvements/enhancements.· Completing tasks on time and error-free striving for the best support possible.· Building credibility and relationships with HR VATI team members and other key stakeholders.· Record and take meeting notes, when requested.· Maintaining/updating internal VATI CT Teams site.· Maintain organization of time and deliverables.
