- Supervised 24 tactical operators in the maintenance and troubleshooting of C4I terminations and other ship-to-shore communications. Conducted daily operation of 8K DISA circuits traversing the Tech Control Facility supporting 180 afloat and 250 shore commands throughout the Pacific and Indian Ocean Area of Operations (AOR).- Coordinated and supervised 200 authorized service interruptions resulting in a sustained 96% reliability rate- Led the operations and maintenance on 8K SHF, EHF, Broadcast, Transport and pier circuits- Resolved 165 communication outages and 43 authorized service interruptions- Managed, inventoried and operated 668 controlled cryptographic items supporting C3F and C7F secure ship-to-ship communications- Conducted 87 inventories, 43 daily cryptographic key rollovers along with the loading and destruction on 2 new evolutions with ZERO discrepancies

- Supervised a work center with 7 technicians configuring use and maintenance of 300 communications circuits, communications security equipment and 300 Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) virtual servers. Maintained message traffic, servers and domain computers. -Scanned 200 network assets, corrected 1,500 vulnerabilities, resolved 75 trouble calls and corrected 10 critical trouble tickets resulting in 2 consecutive cyber hygiene recognitions- Ensured Cyber compliance for a US Navy ship by installing 14K+ Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) and enforcing procedural compliance resulting in 100% protection from cyber-attacks receiving recognition by senior leadership for exemplary cyber hygiene- Directly involved in Global Command and Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M), IRRI, Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) and Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) SOVT’s leading to the successful systems installation and verification allowing for the mitigation of 12 GCCS-M equipment casualties- Contributed 120 hours of troubleshooting and corrected 10 critical GCCS-M and 5 NTCCS server discrepancies

- Operated and maintained Naval Modular Communications System (NAVMACS) II. Processed and ensured proper transmission and receipt of messages for the ship along with a crew of 800 - 3000 personnel.- Disseminated 5,500+ naval messages providing accurate, secure, timely and reliable communications- Ensured destruction of 29 cryptographic equipment according to policies and protocol reducing the EKMS inventory and man hours spent returning materials- Set up and maintained 85+ voice and data communications circuits including vital safety of flight and command and control voice nets- Established 8 satellite links providing Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRnet), and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet) services for 800+ personnel conducting global operations
