My work here includes:• Researching blogs as information sources that connect entrepreneurs to knowledge sharing stories created and shared on the Web by other entrepreneurs and small business owners.• Conceptualising a system for making relevant blog posts more accessible to users through conversational interaction with virtual/artificial intelligent conversational agents.

Topics taught include: Database Design, Database Industry and Software for Management applications in Libraries and Information Services (January – May 2008 & 2009)• Facilitated training for new students in Information Literacy (Sept- November. 2007)
