I am a Researcher in the field of Data Science / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, with more than eight years of experience. I love challenges, and I am always looking for a way to find a new path. My discoveries have led to breakthroughs in the field of research entrusted to me, with the filing of a patent under my name, and publications as first author in the most selective communities. I am not used to giving up in the face of difficulties, and I possess an excellent programming background that allows me to implement my ideas: I have codified my findings into software modules used by researchers around the world. When confronted with a problem, I first try to understand all of its details - as well as the specific needs of each party involved. From this, I develop a solution that can meet all requirements and bring maximum results. I have a mind with a great capacity for insight and intuition - but without forgetting the big picture. This innovative drive is also reflected in my personal life. I am passionate about a particular form of games, gatherings of even hundreds of participants. Having seen the lack of tools for their organization, over the past few years I have developed a digital platform to manage every aspect of them, from registering participants, to managing payments, to assigning characters. In this project I worked independently as a Full Stack Developer, taking care of every single aspect of development. This tool is now used by dozens of organizers around the world who are willing to pay a fee for its use. This opportunity allowed me to test myself in an challenge that was new to me. In organizing these events, I ended up playing a Project Manager role, leading a team of more than 20 people toward the development of a common project. I set as my goal the growth of good collaborative harmony, to foster the emergence of excellent teamwork -- keeping in mind the strengths and weaknesses of each collaborator. The success of the team I led is evidenced by the overwhelming demand for a follow-up event from the players who participated.
