Financial Controller
CurrentPrepare monthly company financial reports, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and KPI analysis reports. Working with the Finance Director in managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Monitor the expenditure of each department as a company overall while ensuring it is aligned with the forecasted revenue. Controlling company stock counts according to the schedule. Conduct deep analysis of the company's financial health by Business Units, District, and Total Business Unit. Work closely with the Finance Director to assist and provide all information and analysis required for top management and Business needs. Control and ensure smooth operation activity in the stores. Control and ensure stores' central cash offices CCO follows company policy and procedures and has correct opening and closing shifts daily. Audit and approve the Company's monthly sales package. Check and Audit company payroll by business unit and district-wise. Control Company staff cost by business units. Check, audit, and approve all maintenance requests and other related. Share in preparing and submitting the company budget. Coordinating auditing processes as needed to drive income generation.
